Return Policy

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return:
Email us at info@cultureclothing.store with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you from there.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll email you with your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we messed up. Fair’s fair.
